Stanley S. Fishbein, J.D., LL.M. (Tax), Founder and President of CapQuest Group, LLC,has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial finance industry.
He has held various management positions with industry leaders ABN-Amro Bank, Chrysler Capital Corporation, Citibank, and Textron Financial Corporation.
His activities at these financial institutions involved structuring and syndicating equipment leases and loans. As a result, Mr. Fishbein has developed strong relationships with decision makers at banks and finance companies nationwide. In 1989, as President of Chrysler Capital Fund Management Corporation, he created, managed the public offering, and subsequently ran a $50 million equipment leasing company.
CapQuest Group, LLC is a network of banks, institutional lenders and specialty finance companies dedicated to serving the capital financing needs of businesses, municipalities, religious organizations and real estate investors. Mr. Fishbein's background, experience and industry relationships serve his clients well in satisfying their financing objectives.
Mr. Fishbein started his professional career in 1976 in the tax department at Touche Ross & Co., CPA's. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Accounting) from The University of Massachusetts, a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, and a Master of Laws degree in taxation from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Fishbein was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1976.

The Riverside Health Care System
The Riverside Health Care System is a $200 million healthcare network comprising its flagship hospital, St. John’s Riverside Hospital, the Community Hospital at Dobbs Ferry, the Cochran School of Nursing, Michael N. Malotz Skilled Nursing Pavilion and several clinics. Mr. Foy joined St. John’s Riverside Hospital in 1993 as its President & CEO, and quickly expanded services, increased revenue and reduced costs. His strong commitment to preserving community-based health care is what drove the development of the Riverside Health Care System and the Hospital’s partnerships with Yonkers General Hospital and the Community Hospital at Dobbs Ferry. Under one umbrella, these organizations have expanded their range of health care services and become modern facilities to better serve their communities.
Mr. Foy’s leadership has been instrumental in forging many important partnerships, including The Mount Sinai Hospital. St. John’s and Mount Sinai are working to enhance the services provided to tens-of-thousands of patients annually as well as become a leading resource for health education in the community. As a result of this partnership, the collaboration between the two organizations has ensured the seamless continuity of care for countless patients.
Prior to joining St. John’s Riverside, Mr. Foy served in senior administrative positions at the Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens, as well as at St. Mary’s Hospital of Brooklyn.
Mr. Foy has a Bachelors of Arts Degree with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy from Boston College, and Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Public Health from Columbia University.

Beginning in 1980, Gerald was a sales and marketing professional for Advanced Computer Techniques and its subsidiary, Creative Socio Medics, where he packaged and sold hardware and software solutions for the medical industry. His media sales career began with TCI/CableAdnet in 1992 where he produced commercials and sold time to local advertisers. Gerald’s reel of commercials is on display at the Cable Hall of Fame in Denver, Co.
Prior to joining Clear Channel Outdoor in 2005, Gerald was the Sales Manager for WRNN-TV (New York), WHUD-FM (Westchester), and Adapt Media (New York). Today, Gerald continues to contribute to the digital future of Outdoor, but also leads a team of local Account Executives covering New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Stanley E. Freimuth
Stanley E. Freimuth, the former Chairman of the Westchester County Association, is a senior business executive with broad expertise in both consumer and b to b markets and with extensive board experience in both the corporate and not–for-profit worlds.
He is the Chairman of the Board of Tracer Imaging LLC, an early stage imaging company, and the founder and Managing Member of Claremont Ventures LLC.
Previously Freimuth served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of FUJIFILM USA where he had responsibility for all major business units and led the company’s successful strategy to transition from an analog to a digital business model. He helped found the company’s Graphic Arts Products Division in Chicago and also served as President of Fujifilm’s Industrial Imaging Markets Group.
Prior to joining Fujifilm, Freimuth held managerial positions of increasing responsibility, both domestic and international, in the photographic equipment, battery, electrical appliance and power generation industries.
Freimuth’s not-for-profit activities, in addition to his Board role with the Westchester County Association, include being a trustee of the Children’s Hospital Foundation at the Westchester Medical Center and also a member of the Advisory Board of NYU’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Nationally, he serves on the Smithsonian National Zoological Park Advisory Board in Washington, D.C.
He was the 2004 recipient of the Westchester Medical Center’s Community Service Award and was honored as the Westchester County Business Leader of the Year by the Journal News in 2005.
Freimuth holds a B.Sc. degree from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and an M.B.A. from American University in Washington, D.C.
Freimuth resides in Harrison, New York with his wife Sarah. They have two adult sons, Michael and Alexander.
