Lucy Redzeposki,
Vice President
As Vice President, Ms. Redzeposki oversees the Hudson Valley Employment Initiative which consists of the Yonkers Employment Center (YEC) and other Employment related programs to assist individuals enter and succeed in the work force. Ms. Redzeposki directs service development and delivery of programs in Yonkers to ensure the needs of both job seekers and local businesses are met. She also oversees the development, implementation and management of various training programs for the building and construction trades. Ms. Redzeposki has over 10 years experience in workforce development and has conducted numerous presentations throughout New York State.
Before joining NADAP, Ms. Redzeposki worked more than 12 years within the banking industry in the areas of finance, operations, commercial lending, and human resources. In addition, Ms. Redzeposki has over 14 years in academia. She has taught business courses at Pace University and Mercy College.
Ms. Redzeposki received a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University in Management and Computer Science, and an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from Pace University.

William T. Regan was appointed Deputy Mayor of Yonkers in January 2004. He brings with him more than thirty years of service in local government including Westchester County, the City of Yonkers as Assistant to the Mayor and Assistant City Manager, and as Village Administrator for North Tarrytown. Just prior to returning to Yonkers City Hall, Mr. Regan was Administrator for the Village of Bronxville for ten years. Born and raised in Yonkers, Bill Regan has a Master of Public Administration from New York University. He served with the United States Marine Corps from 1966-1969. For the past twenty years he has resided in Yonkers with his wife, Francine, and two daughters, Kim and Courtney

Ann Rubenzahl is Assistant Dean of Continuing Education at Westchester Community College, Valhalla, NY. She is responsible for several departments at Westchester Community College including the college’s Yonkers extension center, located in the Cross County mall, and the Professional Development Center – the College's arm that provides training and related services to employers. In addition Ms. Rubenzahl is Westchester Community College’s liaison to the local
One Stop Employment Centers.
Previously Ms. Rubenzahl was Director of Quality/Human Resources Development for a New York City hotel, Director of Training and Organization Development for a commercial bank and Director of Continuing Education for Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, NY. In addition she is a co-author of a chapter in Malcolm Knowles Andragogy in Action: Applying Modern Principles of Adult Learning.

College of New York University and her Master of Arts in Teaching from
